Bible Study Groups

Bible Study

Pastor Steven offers a series of short-term, in-depth, small-group Bible studies on the design of Disciple Bible Study. Topics and themes vary depending on the time of year - Advent, Christmas, Lent, etc. also, specific books of the bible are topics for our studies.

The participants are expected to do their daily Scripture reading (a chapter or two per day) and take a brief note of the insights taken from the reading daily in the text book. During our sessions on Sunday morning at 9:00 AM, we share our findings taken from the daily readings and go over the insightful weekly portion of the text book.

Prayer Gathering

During the current pandemic, we have used Zoom conferencing to gather together in our "virtual" sanctuary.

Each gathering consists of:

  • Sharing joys and concerns
  • Healing prayers: for ourselves, families and friends
  • Intercessory prayers: Prayers for the church, community, country
  • Individual prayers

And many more activities throughout the year.
